Accurate Minute taking and typing up notes

I need to book a freelancer with excellent secretarial skills for a project on Tuesday 22 March 2016 in London N20 to attend legal hearings and minute take throughout. The minutes should be detailed and therefore fast, accurate typing (maybe transcription), would be required. It is likely that the hearings (multiple) will last from 9-4pm. After the hearings, I will need accurate minutes provided to me in Word, within two days. Please provide me with your quotation and summary of skills by return. I may also need the same service on 26 April but will not know until 5 days prior.
