I love taking on small explainer video projects. I have made many in my 15+ year career. You can see some of them on my profile. I will take the time to meet with you and fully understand your needs and goals. I am assuming you already have a script and some images, assets to work with, but if you don't I can help you get that sorted out. Your budget is light, so the video will be motion graphics, images, 2D animation and no voiceover - but there will be animated text if needed. If you can supply a voiceover or increase the budget we can include a voice. I am located in Montreal and I will be available as needed on your time zone to respond to feedback and get this video produced. I do my own photoshop and aftereffects, I can start right away.
