Airbrush short video, convert to full-screen HTML5 movie, imbed in webpage

For a qualified video editor with HTML5 experience, this shouldn't take more than 30-40 minutes. I have a 22-second .mov movie in 720p, in which I need the following: - Cropped down to six seconds - a couple of areas that will need to be airbrushed dynamically, as light conditions change from frame to frame - a BCC light zoom to increase the light flare gradually until the screen is completely white - converted to a website's welcome page that automatically plays when you visit it (when you visit the webpage, the video automatically plays. The video should fill the browser window's screen. - This must be iPhone/mobile friendly (HTML5?), yet preserve the video's high-resolution (720p). No flash. - have a bypass intro button that takes visitor to next linked page Be prepared to show your portfolio.
