We've built a very powerful CRM system over the last 10+ years but the interface is confusing and needs a serious overhaul. Looking for someone to rework the current interface and make it responsive design as well as much more user friendly. We have web designers (that are coders) and database folks. Need concepts, not necessarily programming. There are three major areas to the CRM; the company view, the facility view and the contact view. We need each of these reworked.

I have been using different CRM (Insightly mainly) so I know from experience this type of tool. Also I have a Certificate in Customer Service, so I know the importance of putting yourself in the shoes of the customers. My experience in the use of CRM I know the importance of a simple, customizable interface to have all organized and easy to access necessary information. I have also experience to design interfaces, because last year made a design for a maintenance company of heavy trucks whose main goal was to be more proactive, to offer services to their customers when they need it according to his service record.I would like to show my previous draft project.
