Hi! We are a team of four people. I am a marketing consultant, with 20 years learning curve, with experience on several vertical markets. My co workers are a copywriter (and community manager) and 2 visual designers. I am convinced that creative and effective visual posts are the best way to reach the audience, that's why I made this team. Just one additional comment, we arranged a recurring fee with our customers, concurring a fixed monthly amount of publications per month i.e. 15, 20 per month). What we are doing nowadays is replicating same publication on different social networks. We work on copy strategy with one month in advance and schedule monthly publications. If you want to work on an hourly basis, I think can be done. In my opinion, it is more important setting a goal (visual posts created per month, mandatory to reach) than the amount of hours.
