Application letter

I need a scholarship application letter translated into Chinese (simplified characters). The letter is short (less than 800 words), has little technical language in it and should not be difficult to translate. I do have some requirements however: 1. Clarity. Where possible, please use simple, clear, and easy to understand Chinese. My aim is to use this translation as a reference: I will be further modifying the letter and translation before using it, and need to be able to understand the translation myself, with the help of dictionaries etc. 2. Length. The letter needs to be under 800 characters long. This will require some editing of the source material. An short explanation of which parts needed to be cut should be provided with the translation. 3. Speed. I would like the translation as soon as possible, certainly by 22:00 GMT, 14 April. The quicker the better.
