centos instructions

Instructions I need exact written instructions on how to remove and install hard drive into another pc, With the operating system intact. So far every time we attempt this we receive a kernel fail unable to sync so I believe we need to do a command during boot to default the kernel or something along that line. I do not need instructions on how to remove the hardware just how to make the centos operate on a new motherboard. without losing my data. ## Deliverables see above
