Complex Data Entry - Content Management

I have a website that sells a complicated product, and I need someone bright to learn the product and understand how it works. Then, to add content to the website in the form of descriptions, relating accessories to products etc. There is around 33% raw data entry that doesn't require much thinking, such as cutting and pasting product specification text into our format. For example the manufacturer will have details in a catelog regarding the weight and we don't want to just have text but rather save the weight in a special field in our database. Another 33% involves gathering images for the products, either from stock images or from catelogs etc. The last 33% involves relating items together, such as accessories or similar products.
