Initial trial that will turn into a full time/long term position: You will be setting appointments for one Mortgage Protection Specialist, me... *waves*..."hi!". Mortgage Protection is a specialized niche of the life insurance industry that protects families from losing their homes in case of death/disability/critical illness of a loved one. This is a customizable product that does not require a medical/physical/urine or blood samples so it is necessary that I visit with each client directly, no quotes can be given over the phone. You'll find that I am very easy to get along with and care about my customers. My customers are average homeowners who sent in a direct mail letter requesting mortgage protection information. The letter we receive includes personal info such as height/weight, age, smoker, etc so there is no need to collect any data or ask for any up front payment. My target market are ages 20-60 middle class, a few speak Spanish as a primary language so a bilingual rep (or someone who knows just enough to follow a spanish script) could set more appointments. I will provide leads, multiple scripts, a list of common ojections/rebuttals, video training as well as productivity bonuses for closed sales/multiple apps written in a house, consistency bonuses, etc. My territories are all over the country so I do need to travel to visit customers. I will give you 'batches' of leads for a certain city or zip code that will need to be set for a specific weekend or time I'll be in that area. Being able to set appointment times according to location and minimize driving time will make me more productive and earn you more bonuses! Since these are customers who requested this service, the lead conversion we've seen is crazy high so I will be giving you small batches of 150 to 250 leads that you should be able to set 20 to 40 appointments from. Because these are working class citizens, I request that you call early morning and evening (before/after work) for the best success.
