An academic literature review on video quality assessment

Existing video conferencing systems do not scale to support a large number of simultaneous users. This lack of scalability is due to limitations of resources such as bandwidth and processing power. We are developing a novel technique to deliver video streams to the higher number of users. In this particular research a large-scale subjective study of video quality has been done. I need preferably a telecommunication engineer familiar with the concept of video coding and video assessment to do a high quality literature review on exiting video quality assessment (VQA) techniques and specifically subjective VQA. A research should be done and it will be supervised by me. Everything should be legit and valid with no plagiarism. In the end a report with an academic referencing should be submitted to me with all the source of all references (PDF).
