I need to fix a sendmail configuration to work with Gmail smtp relay (using google app email).

At the moment there is a problem with authentication:

STARTTLS=client, relay=aspmx.l.google.com., version=TLSv1/SSLv3, verify=FAIL, cipher=RC4-SHA, bits=128/128

Operating system CentOS Linux 6.3

Kernel and CPU Linux 2.6.32-279.9.1.el6.x86_64 on x86_64

The server must be able to send email to all the providers using gmail authenticated smtp

I can set the Gmail SMTP relay up easily for you and ensure outbound SSL/TLS is properly established. We do it daily on the kliq production Asterisk servers and PBX. To do it and do tests will take less than an hour More

Hi, is sendmail an inamovible requirement or it can be upgraded to Postfix? Anyway, i've already did exactly this a couple of days ago with Postfix and it only took 1 hour.
