I am unable to provide you exact cost and time until I will review your requirement that is current code written in RealSoftware 2014. Actually I have to rewrite complete code because Swift syntax is totally different. Let me know when you have time to discuss about project.

Im currently still working on my personal app developed in Swift. I took a online full and well reviewed swift course that covers all aspects and possible stuff to create with this language. Im not aware of what is the Mac app about, but we could check it out and work on the product backlog to analyze the requirements needed to build the app in swift. Depending on the functionality the app has, I could estimate the cost and time line of the new project.
