AMOS expert to find measurement and Structural model for our research. 1. The CFA should pass all validity tests 2. The SEM has all fit indices and good relationships among the constructs and dependent variables 3. The model need to pass the supervisors' comments and until that is approved the project is open, and once the model is accepted by the authority, he would do the payments, but there would be some milestones. 4. We already have a fit model, with 7 constructs and hypotheses, among them 4 are been accepted, so we are looking for very good results. with high fit index and significance values.
