create a WordPress fashion theme

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using C or C++.I need a website [login to view URL], I have an online fashion magazine that I am working on. I have tried several themes but I am not satisfied. I need someone who can help make me a WordPress fashion theme. this fashion theme should have very beautiful fonts. The menu should not be squashed together and it should look the same on a mobile phone. the theme should allow putting of pictures on the homepage as its a fashion website. just something nice. In the mobile version, users shiuld be able to zoom in or out. thanks
