I need a basic WINDOWS desktop program that will take MULTIPLE csv files within a folder and process them. It will simply remove most columns in each csv file. It will also retain 13 columns and put them in a certain order. The windows desktop application will have an output folder containing an equal number of files that are processed. Retain and order of Columns C A F R S T U X Y Z AA AD AB
