Problem with my Laptop.

Hi there, Firstly, I'm so sad to hear that some one is having to pay such a lagrge amount of money , to get their data back from THIEFS! Secdonly, I'm a C/C++ software engineer, and have deep knowledge of encryption algorithms. I can assure you, it will be next to impossible, to decrypt these files , without the help of the fools who encrypted them in the first place. My suggestion would be that you restoe your data from any backups you have made on to backup media suh as DVD or USB backup hard drives; and then REINSTALL WIndows, which shoudl get rid of the ransom ware. If you haven't started keeping COMPLETE backups on ** removable** media such as DVDs or USB /pen drives/hard drives **, then this is the time to start that SAFE computing practice. :-) I wish you all the best my friend.

As long as your files are not corrupt I know I am able to retrieve your files if I can remote into the infected computer, or remote into a clean computer on the same network as the infected computer.
