I have developed numerous image processing application for medical and industrial research, from cell analysis, doppler ultrasound blood flow, object motion and identification, conversion of 2D to 3D data, interactive 3D medical visualization, MRI pulse wave form analysis, object extraction, neural network pattern matching. I would like to know what the image format is and what sort of processing and analysis you want to do and how you would like the results (an image, histgram or table of counts)? Is the image a still frame or sequence of frames? What platform (OS) do you use (32bit/64bit). What soft of UI (User Interface) do you want. Does this run continuously (cell sorter) or used by a technician/researcher for analysis. My code is very well structured, well commented, clean and exstendable. *This is my first time placing any bids on Freelancer - not sure of all the steps
