A desktop and web based application which allows users to input details for clients who call up for support on their products. Using a web based form; we can fill out data fields which will send out an SMS to the client to let them know there query has been logged. This information then goes to a desktop application in a list, where our support engineer can select the task, complete and mark as finished. Once finished another SMS should go the client to let them know there query has now been resolved. Please check our attached document for full information.

Hello! I've gone through your requirement in detail which you've mentioned in the attachment. However have couple of queries: 1. Do you already have the UI design ready or that is to be developed? 2. Are you already using SQL DB, so that we can create required database tables for this piece of work? This work can be done within a week. hello i can do your job and we can use gsm modem for SMS and ican make desktop applicaion for desktop support engineer so that he can remark complained and select status of complain. and also for web application client can fill their support information on portal.

Hello Sir, I have one solution for you requirement. With one web portal we can handle request and response. like your clients can enter query directly through the portal or your users also enter query on behalf of clients. and also your users are able to reply them from that. Like we have 3 roles in our portal, 1) Administrator, 2) Support Users, 3) Client System will works with following steps. 1) End user means client can login to your portal and enter his query. -> User will get the notification message and support executive will also get the notification message that you have one task of client. 2) Client can call your support executive and support executive can enter client's query. -> client will get the notification message. after your support executive got the query of client. your SE resolve that and completed it. and clients will get the notification for completed his query.
