Depot Sales Management System (DMS)
The requirement mainly consist of web interface and android app. The web interface to manage the head office requirement while the android app will be used by the depot.
• Products received from head office for sale
• Customer walks in to buy the products through cash
• Cash collection after product sale
• Make entry of sales on daily sales report (DSR) every end of the day
• DSR upload
• Depot Supervisor approve/reject DSR’s of Depot clerk allocated to him
• Deposit cash into the bank account and necessary reconciliation
• Return Material Acknowledgement (IDN)
