I have the start to my access database i know what I need however I'm not sure how to complete the work. i have a few check marks on my front form/page, where i would like (if check mark = yes show text box on report if no don't show) but i would also like the text to move up if one check box is visible and the other isn't. i have 11 variables. in other words if variable "A,B,D,E&F" are checked then the report would show "A,B,D,E & F" but not show "C" variable and all the shown variables would be in a regular paragraph format where there wouldn't be a space where variable "C" would be. for more of a picture it would be like this"

i hope that I explained this good enough for someone to assist me.
the overall goal that i would like to accomplish is having an access database in which i can build a custom contract for all of my clients by using simple check marks to put down standard information on my Contracts.
I believe this requires visual basics knowledge which i am severely lacking. i don't have much money or else i would increase the project amount, I'm just starting out this business and running out of money quickly. I am desperate and really could use your help i am unable to get any clients until i can create contracts if i cannot work then money doesn't come in and i cannot hire more freelancers to do anymore work. since i would run out of business, i am very depended on freelancer community PLEASE HELP!
