Custom desktop app for text files processing

The custom desktop app will input 2 folders of text files, the files will be arranged by names, see example folders. User will also input a text file full of web urls. See example. User will also input a "url insertion number" range lower limit and upper limit eg. 0-4 or 3-6 etc with lower and upper limits included. User will also input a "domain" name and "folder" name for "image html insertion" Functions --------- 1. First, the app will merge each of the two corresponding files in the folders. Example - [login to view URL] from folder 1 will merge with [login to view URL] from folder 2 and make another new file out of the merging called [login to view URL] [login to view URL] from folder 1 will merge with [login to view URL] from folder 2 The merging will be done in following way:- All paragraphs in the two corresponding text files, will become elements of an array and their order will be rearranged and randomized. The order will be randomized so that the final merged text file will contain all the paragraphs of the two text files. The final order may be like this (an example, where Para 1 3 means 3rd paragraph of 1st file.) Para 1 3 Para 2 5 Para 1 7 Para 2 4 . . . Para 1 1 Para 2 6 Para 2 2 This merging should happen in such a way so that the final text does not contain any distorted elements caused by encoding issue. Example - "can't" should not become can�t "Alphonso's" should not become Alphonso?s Avoid other issues caused by encoding. 2. For each merged file, the app will select two sentences randomly in the merged text file, and make them subtitles by encloding h2 and h3 tags around them, like this - <br><br><h2>Sentence 1</h2><br><br> <br><br><h3>Sentence 2</h3><br><br> 3. For each merged file, the app will randomly select a "url insertion number" between the lower and upper limit set up by the user. Say n. Then , the app will select n number of random "phrases" in the article and will "html link" them to randomly selected urls from the url list file. A phrase is any two consecutive words in a sentence. <a href="random url">random phrase in text file</a> 4. The app will randomly enter the image insertion code between any two paragraphs in the text file, based on the domain and folder name entered by the user. domain = [login to view URL] folder = images chose a number between 1 and 100 eg. 17 chose either "left", "right" or "center" align eg.
