We are looking for someone who can build a social app/website. The person should have good knowledge on defining the appropriate software architecture, choosing the right software frameworks (the skills mentioned are just a few examples, we are open to suggestions), be able to build the data model (for instance in a Mongo DB), etc. We also would like to use a rule engine, such as Drools (Business Rules Management System), so some knowledge of that is also useful. We need to be able to follow/monitor the development, do some bug tracking, etc, so some kind of code management would be welcome, we are open to suggestions for setting up a system.
We know that it might be hard to give a fixed price at this moment, so please contact us with references. We are at this moment still defining the functional specs, but your quote should give a ballpark figure to build a flexible system that easily can be modified.
