Contacts & calendar sync using calDav or carDav protocol

Make a function in javascript that is able to sync calendar and contacts data from any given calendar and stores data into db. Just like an email client that syncs emails but this only syncs calendar events and contacts information into local database mysql.
Technology used: mysql, nodejs, expressjs, javascript.
for syncing you can use calDav, cardDav protocols.
