Betting/Arbing software with 6 bookies coverage - lay odds, live , prematch

A small personal arbing software collecting data from 6 bookmakers ( API ) I need a freelancer with experience in working with Bookmakers data. If you know and have arbitrage software requiers you can choose whatever program language you need. I need a script that collects odds, volumes from bookmakers and compare them in real time. Additionally there should be easy user interface where i can see all positive percentage results. Live and Prematch odds incl., Lay odds. If you already have such software then we can modify a bit and use that and yes several new projects are ready for right guy. As it is 1st so will not give any milestone but after this one... yes!!!
