Custom DotNetNuke Module that will Scrape Data Based on inputed URL

I need a custom DNN module developed for my website. This will have to be a full module that can be installed in my DNN website. The module itself should include a text area that will allow me to input a URL. When i click submit, it will scrape the data from the URL and load it onto the page. For example (please note, this is just an example and not the actual details), if I enter [login to view URL] into the text field and press enter, the data from MSNBC would be loaded into the content area of my page. I will need specific data to be loaded, not all of it. I can specify what areas will be needed.
