Create a simple macro (automated script) for windows [preferably autohotkey]

If you're well acquinted with autohotkey scripting, this should be very easy for you to code.
I would need a script that does the simple process of:
-switching to or opening up an internet browser
-going to a website page (if not already opened)
-logging into the website by entering in a username and password into the entry boxes on the top of the page
-scrolling down a bit on the loaded page to center it, then taking a screenshot.
-opening [login to view URL], pasting the screenshot just taken, saving it with a name that ends with the time and date the screenshot was taken.
That would be the main process. The script should be designed to do this every 30 min at quater past and quarter till the next hour, so for example at say 3:15 and 3:45 PM it should go through this macro, then again at 4:15 and 4:45 next and so on.
One last detail is that the website routinely undergoes system downtime 2 times a day and the script should have a mechanism or variable in place for skipping the macro when this occurs or waiting till the daily maitenance is done, after which of course it should continue on regularly as before.
It is enough if you draft the sequence of all the commands after which I would make small modifications for my own computer like exactly where the mouse should click or the name of the window autohotkey should switch to - BUT - the nearly complete draft should include and do all the functions and assignments that I stated above.
Thanks
