Amazon Redshift consultant needed for integration with MS Sql Server

We have a web based application with a dedicated server for MS SQL server enterprise in its own data center. This is an OLTP system. We would like to build a datawarehouse for this system so that we can build more complicated reports. We would like to use Amazon Redshift to build that data warehouse. We are thinking we can leave the production dedicated server in its existing data center and cluster it to an instance of Amazon EC2 with SQL. Then from there redshift can be integrated with the sql cluser to ec2 and build the data ware house. (We are not sure if MS SQL from the dedicated machine can be clustered directly to amazon redshift since its not on ec2. We dont think it can thus the idea of clustering sql to an ec2 instance first) We are looking for someone who can design and implement this system. The preferred candidate is someone with experince with amazon redshift and MS SQL.
