Custom Javascript slider

the scroll bar will allow a person to scroll backwards thru the pages and drop the bar to see the page load the scroll bar will show progress as they move thru the tasks they will have one thing to do every day and then have access tot he next page they will not be able to go forward beyond where they have progress but can scroll back to any previous page price me to create this dynamic html scroll bar 1.- user must be autenticated 2.- There are tasks: lets say 168 3.- All task are grouped by pages one task par page 168 pages I have the 168 pages created to the progress bar when page is loaded the maximum page will be set lets call it maxPage with avalue betwenn 1 and 168 Progress 65% page 109 when user scrolls page will go down 108 107 106 105.. etc when they release lets say in page 95 [login to view URL]
