Auto Populate SharePoint Table

We have a custom application that stores that retrieves data from a SharePoint list from: [login to view URL] We recently added two additional columns to the list: [login to view URL] .and named them - School_ID - School_AppID Our custom application reads data from [login to view URL] ..followed by internal process for the success of the application. For every record that is written internally in the application, the application is now required to write a record into a new table named: e.g. AP or INTRO [login to view URL] - The properties of the classes table are: - School Year (e.g. 2014/15) - School (e.g. Eaton High School) - Course (e.g. AP or INTRO) - Section (e.g. 2) - Remote (e.g. No or Yes) - Every time a NEW record (i.e. placement) or set of records are created into the custom application, the application must identify whether or not a new class must be created into the CLASSES table. Every new class is identified as an object that has a unique school/course/section/school-year combination The application must support the scenarios to support insert, update and delete of placements and its impact on the class table.
