Debug PHP Version 5.1.6 script to backup MySQL tables

I have? scripts that are designed to backup? a specified table in a specified MySQL database and aso restore the backup to the active database. The script does not run. This project is correct the scripts so that they will backup a specifed table in a specifiedd database and store the backup copy on the server in? specific directory and also allow for storing the backup locally on the harddrive of the PC running the script. The two storage locations to be set within the script. The second script will restore the backup to the server from whatever location was specified. I lease my own server but antiticpate that the successful bidder will be capable of demonstrating successful execution of the code on thier own server and then forwardng that code for implementation by me on a specific hosted domain on my leased server. Unless there are debugging issues specific to my server no access will be granted to my server.
