c# Circular Progress Control

This is a winforms project in c#.
I am looking for a circular progress control that I can add text to on the fly. This control should run in it's own thread.
I am looking for something very nice looking and maybe even partially transparent. I am looking for ideas as well so if you want to give me an idea for this that would be helpful as well. I am going to be using this control on application startup to tell the user to progress of the application. I will also be using this for other functions that take time. It must of course be top most. I am looking for something fast of course and should not be CPU intensive.
