AIM software - message sender

I need a software which will send messages to the list of ids. Work flow: 1. I will load a list of ids in the software to which I want to send messages. 2. I will load a list of AIM accounts. 3. I will set limit on how many message it should send per act and time frame. 4. I will load a list of proxies. 5. I will type the message in software which I want to send 6. I will Set Threads and hit start which will load proxies and accts preferably trying to use the oscar login technique.
