I need someone to set up a CRM for us. I don't care what Software you use: VTiger, Sugar, etc. If you have a better solution, then great. It must be able to Do ***Emailing from within the CRM ***With Mail Merge fields in the letters Track Opens Add tasks, To-do, and Notes to contact Import leads in CSV and or xl format Add multiple users Be able to limit functions of users Add unlimited Custom fields User Friendly Layout must be User friendly. PS. Some of the fields in my excel spreadsheet are click-able [login to view URL] those be imported into the CRM and still be click-able?
