Customizable Wordpress Installer

Require a One-Click, Customizable Wordpress Installer that would be built with the ability to take a Custom Wordpress Install with Settings, Plugins and their Setting, and Themes already setup and then create a custom install package for my customers to install this custom setup on their sites. I want to be able to constantly be able to recreate the install package based on new modifications to the base Wordpress site I have and continue to do it. I also want the install package for my customers to be able to have any Logo I choose to have on it. I have multiple sites which promote Wordpress installs and want to be able to customize for each site with their logos and customizations. This project requires someone with extensive experience in Wordpress and Wordpress Installers. I have worked with this quite a bit and have had partners who have done this for me quite easily, I want to be able to do this myself now. I require this project to be complete in 3 Weeks.
