Affiliate Program To Be Integrated With Current Script

I need a programmer to integrate 2 level of Affiliate program integrated with my current script. My current product script have currently 2 packages. 1) Free (People can register for free) 2) Premium (people can upgrade their package for RM 497) The affiliate program will be like this. Only Premium package can promote my main site. And the commission structure is like this... Level 1: RM 50 Level 2: RM 100 whoever promote will get recurring commission because my customer need to renew their licence annually and my affiliate will also get recurring commissions provided they renew their licence.
