experienced system admin needed to fix degraded array event error on dedicated server

My dedicated server is reporting a degraded array event and running really slow/reluctant to restart correctly as a result.
This is impacting live sites so needs to be fixed asap with a minimum of downtime during GMT normal working hours.
I would also like the spam detection filters upgraded on the server as many sites are complaining about large amounts of spam being detected.
The server is a CentOS 6 with Plesk 12.5 (64-bit) server.

Hello. Degraded array looks as hardware issue, you can't fix it remotely. You need do a backup of your websites, and replace spare drive.
