DB2/SQL Analyst/Admin

We are looking for a contractor who has the following:
- excellent experience with DB2 and SQLServer
- must be able to examine a Db2 system and determine a plan for porting to SQLServer
- ability to then manage and do the migration is a definate plus
- has excellent communications skills
- must be able to analyze the problem and come up with a solution; a self-starter who works with little direction
The job is onsite in either Rockville MD or Philadelphia PA. You can commute each week; travel expenses will be paid.
Start ASAP, Contract will run through June or July.
You must already be located in the US and be authorized to work in the US.
UPDATE: SQLServer is not longer needed for this project. It is now purely a DB2 programmer/analyst/admin position.
