ATL Server example with MSSQL Server or MySQL

Hi, I need a working example of ATL Server with interaction with MSSQL Server or MySQL (preferable). An example of insert, select and update. You, as a developer, feel free to chose what kind of example to develop. I need the complete source code with the help to run the same example in my laptop that I'm using for development.
