Directory link project - 231 vang

I need a large number of directory links for a SEO project I am involved in. Number needed: 500 - 1000 directory links only. (NOT blog comments, social bookmarks or other) Budget: $150 Must be permanent links and must appear in a category related to energy, solar, wind, alternative energy and the like. Must be completed in 15 days. Full milestone released upon review and approval. Provider must send a spreadsheet with all the valid links. at least 60% must be active/ confirmed within 90 days to be approved . We will check over the next 90 days to see if more are approved. Feedback will be posted as late as possible to allow time for approvals to be confirmed. Large number of rejections or pending links at the end of the allowable feedback period will incur very negative feedback. Don't bid if you don't think you can accomplish 60% or better approval rate. Website details will only be provided to selected Freelancer, so don't ask.
