AdWord Campaign Setup and Management

I have an AdWords account that I need managed. It used to perform ok but a lot of the search terms that our ads were showing up for were not correct. I need somebody who knows AdWords inside out. I don't want any SEO done at all. This is a purely AdWords oriented project. Also I don't just want keywords added and that's it.
