Hi, It appears from the rough description that you're looking for some small structural and functional changes here and there and an intermediate level feature to be added to an already running web application. To rightly back my proposal, I have been playing with Ruby/Rails stack for past 5 years now and have had successfully developed and deployed a handful of applications ranging from Entertainment portals to Financial suites from scratch to success. I would like you to just give a look at my portfolio where I have exemplified some of my past engagements. Other than the development stack, I prefer following SCRUM methodology to manage the projects progress and I am always happy to do daily or bi-weekly SCRUM meetings.
