Ran into problems with installing the passenger apache module, so thought I'd outsource the work.
The setup should be:
users can use rvm to switch ruby versions
install their own gems
use the rails function to generate new apps.
I understand that phusion only supports one ruby version at a time, so the first option can be removed.
The server itself is running on cloudlinux.
For some reason the accepted bidder did not respond and cancelled the project. Not sure how I provide a review for that professionalism? Anyway the project is no available again.
