I have been working in a national agricultural research organization for more than 30 years as a senior research officer. I have designed many experiments, organized data and at the same time did analysis and report writing. I have bias in biometry hence a member of International Biometrics society for more than 20 yrs. For more than 15 yrs I have been an official, holding different positions, in the Kenyan chapter. I have helped my colleagues in many experimentation exercises. I am familiar with and can use Excel and lotus spreadsheet programs which I use in organizing data and storage. When need be, I do use of macros to enhance speed and efficiency of the programs. Can convert the data to and fro any of the other program formats, e.g. word processing programs etc. I am currently using R for analysis and organizing data. In the past I have used SAS and GENSTAT, while working on my data.
