Convert 3DSMax scene to Unity/Unreal

I have an architectural interior scene created in 3DSMax using V-ray. I want to use this scene in Unity/Unreal. This is a low poly scene and the core focus is to make the game scene look as close to the 3DSMax scene as possible.
