Build virtual and interactive cube from mysql database

This is a starting project for multiple upcoming virtual reality projects. Ultimately we would like to work with a full-time unity3d or gaming expert to make a VR charting library for our clients. We have a database with three dimensional data of marketing channels, for example three numbers for each channel C1, C2 and C3. These three numbers form a cube. What we want is to read the data from mysql or json, then make these cubes using unity3d and interact with them. We still have some questions to discuss. Could we do this with a VR glass and interact with cubes.
