Architectural / Interior Design 3D Rendering

We are looking for a freelancer who has the interest and the credentials (experience, enthusiasm, references) to work with us long term and on a regular basis on projects involving the creation of 3D models and walkthroughs of small/mid-size construction projects ("family homes") using sw packages like Chief Architect / autoCAD etc. The cooperation would start by preparing a library of floor plans from existing printed materials. Such floor plans would then be used to create 3D models, create some interior design variations and finally some walkthrough videos. More details would be discussed with interested and capable parties. Dedication, skill, reliability and good English communications are key.
