Android app of 3d character

I want a 3d app of a character. You can put different features on him to customize him by dragging and dropping custom features like eyes, noses, mouths, hair. Kind of like mr. Potato head but the main body will not be a potato. You must make all the different designs of features and even some clothing options. Also, there would need to be some options to make him look like an occupation. ie. mechanic, house cleaner or landscaper. After you create a custom character you can write a message in bubble that he is saying and send it to friends using facebook or a picture message.
