Build a simple video streaming website (aimed at adult content)

Create a simple website for video streaming. Initial phase shows videos sorted by date added, clicking on the video opens a new page where the video can be displayed. Backend should allow to manage these videos, and their description (name, duration, model names, tags/categories, etc). No need for a new design, we have a sample design that can be used for now. Preferable to do this using Django, with Django ORM and MySql. Probably Python 3. If this project goes good, there is a possibility to hire you for ongoing development of next phases. I know this is a very vague description, so please contact me via chat asking for "more details". I don't accept template bids, as well as you won't accept a job without knowing what it's about. I can pay more than maximum budget, the budget is big enough for a professional quality job.
