We have a requirement to get an Email alert whenever an agent has not logged in by 5 minutes before his/her duty time.
Basically, take agent login info from Avaya IP Office 412 and cross check that with agent duty schedule, send alert email if agent has not logged in by 5 minutes before scheduled duty time.
