My Solution: I suggest a T&M tracker for you. At a click of a button, you can select a project you are working on, record the start time and end time. At the end of the day/week, you can click a button which will give you a complete overview of the time spent on each project and a simple analysis too. Hi, My name is Daya Santoshi. I'm a program manager. I have worked with 10 + projects at a time period. Hence, i understand the difficulty to manage time between the projects. There are two ways of looking into this, 1. For the analysis and 2. For tracking. Below are my suggestions: 1. An excel sheet data - For Analysis A)a pie chart showcasing the percentage of time spent on each project in a day. B)I would suggest to add sub project/activity hours to any given project to understand the time spent on each sub project/task, and showcase in a pie chart for individual projects (Also, at a later time point, you can collate these activity data across the projects to understand which activity takes more time ) - this will help in your analysis to understand the pattern and be better prepared for the next projects. C)A line chart to understand the avg time spent on each projects in a week/month 2. For tracking - Assuming that you already have a Gantt chart A) The time planned for different projects for a day Vs the actual time spent on them. This highlights the changes (Line chart) and helps in deviation analysis. These time management graphs helped me a lot in managing time between my projects.
